We had Mister G’s Mobile Smokehouse cater our topping off party of 450 people, to mark the final concrete pour on our construction project. They showed up right on time, had everything set up quickly, and were great to work with throughout the event. The staff were friendly, professional, and helped keep the atmosphere fun and easygoing. The food was solid across the board. We had ribs, brisket, BBQ chicken, mac and cheese, cornbread, and beans—everything was warm, well-prepared, and hit the spot. Portion sizes were generous, and no one left hungry. Overall, Mister G’s made the catering side of the event smooth and stress-free. Would definitely consider them again for future job site events

We had the pleasure of working with Mister G's for our grand opening event at the Chilliwack mill, and the service was outstanding. For an event of 400 guests, the team was well-prepared, cheerful, and the food was simply remarkable. Our guests, mostly agricultural producers, absolutely loved the BBQ flavors and will remember it. We hired Mister G’s to cater a wedding for 175 people and every guest raved about how good the food was! Grant was incredible to work with and was so accommodating for every change in menu or adjustments we needed to make for dietary restrictions and preferences! His team was so professional during the event and having his smoker trailer parked just outside the venue had our guests’ mouths watering before the wedding even started. We wanted everything but decided on Spatch Cock Chickens, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Honey Cornbread and then the Pulled pork and mac n cheese for the late night. Everything was cooked to perfection. Honestly - the pork burnt ends were my favourite and so juicy and tender. They also did this with tofu for our non-meat eating friends. We also found out that it was Mister G’s birthday and they even started selling their hot honey in Sobeys so of course, I had to pick up a jar! I would highly recommend hiring Mister G’s for your next summer event!
